Sam and her team at Magic Moment were absolutely amazing and provided the best experience I could have asked for. From the very beginning, Sam took the time to truly listen to what I wanted. She was never pushy and made me feel completely comfortable as she helped me navigate my likes and dislikes. Throughout the entire process, her communication was exceptional — I always knew what was happening every step of the way, and I never once felt like just another client. It was clear that she and her team genuinely cared about making the experience special. Out of all the places I looked at, Magic Moment stood out by far. I felt the most at home there, and I’m so grateful to have found my dress at Magic Moment.

Magic Moment Bridal Studio was truly magical! The staff and the owner were genuinely excited to help me find my perfect wedding dress. Everyone was extremely friendly, accommodating, and supportive. All the dresses were gorgeous and very affordable! If you are looking for a personalized experience with the most beautiful dress options, Magic Moment Bridal Studio is the place for you! I guarantee you will say “yes to the dress” just like me!

Sam and her mom helped me for the 2 appointments I had with them. The first time I went, her mom helped and was very kind. She did an amazing job with me. Sam helped me for the second appointment. She is very patient and lets the bride try on whatever she pleases. They let me take up 2 bridal appointments so I could incorporate my family into the dress shopping. I 100% recommend!

I would 10/10 recommend Magic Moment Bridal Studio to find your dream gown. For years I have seen this bridal shop going to visit my grandmother in Bellevue, so when it was time for me to find my wedding dress this was somewhere I wanted to look. Sam was so helpful to me. She listened to what I thought I wanted and guided me through the process of finding the perfect dress for me. She's amazing! The dress I chose needed changes and alterations. Sam let me know that they had a seamstress that I could schedule with.

I did end up working with Emily, seamstress at Magic Moment Bridal and she is so, SO wonderful. My wedding is in April 2025 and I started meeting with her back in October. Each time she was able to help me modify my dress to fit me and make my vision come to life. I'm so grateful for Emily and her special gift for transforming this gown for my wedding day. I've never had any clothing altered/made to fit me the way this dress does. I feel so confident and beautiful and I can't wait to wear this on my wedding day. Thank you Magic Moment Bridal!

Magic Moment is such a special place for so many reasons- their staff treats everyone like the most important bride in the world, each appointment has their own section and opportunity to grab/try on anything you want, and Sam (the owner) is so passionate about what she does and how she runs this studio. Michele helped me find my dress for the big day and Sam has helped with every step of the way too. I went here for my first ever bridal shop and dress try on, and felt i found the one, but tried other shops just to make sure I wasn't missing out- I definitely wasn't!!! I came back a few weeks later to put back on the dress of my dreams for purchase. :)

Secondly, my fiancé is using Generation Tux who is partnered with Magic Moment. Brides and Grooms can make Magic Moment a one stop shop completing both of their needs in one place. We are so excited for our big day!!

Lastly, the referral program at Magic Moment is unbeatable. Referrals are paid out quickly and honestly with gift cards of your choosing! It’s so cool!

I will start my alterations with Magic Moment soon and I know I wont be let down. I am so grateful for this amazing studio, Michele and Sam! I cant stop talking about how awesome Magic Moment is!

​I had the best experience at This Magic Moment!! It was one of the first bridal appointments I had, and I wasn't quite sure what to expect at first. I also didn't know anyone personally who had gotten a dress there in the past, but I was truly blown away by their service!! They had such a HUGE selection to browse and choose from and they really listened to my likes/dislikes and tailored each gown I tried on to those! I ended up finding my dream dress there and when I mentioned a few changes/alterations that I would want, they were so supportive, helpful and eager to ensure that those will be done without making me feel like I was being difficult or anything, which was so refreshing!! I recommend all Pittsburgh brides to visit This Magic Moment, you wont be disappointed!!!

I honestly really wasn't looking forward to dress shopping. I gained weight and wasn't feeling the best about myself recently. But these ladies were AMAZING and our visit was so much fun! I found THE ABSOLUTE PERFECT DRESS that makes me look and feel like a million dollars.

I cannot recommend Magic Moment enough to all brides!! I’m an out of town bride that wanted to go shopping with my Grandma in Pittsburgh and Sam made the experience perfect! I went to two other bridal shops in the area and no one could even come close to comparing to the dresses Magic Moment had nor the service that Sam gave me. I felt like I was out shopping with a good friend of mine with Sam and I’m so thankful for that!! Thank you for giving me such a great experience and if you’re a bride wondering if you should book an appointment, look no further and book it!!!

I cannot recommend Magic Moment enough! Having great difficulty in my search for a wedding dress, I would have given up if it wasn't for the support I received at Magic Moment. They helped me find the dress of my dreams. I look forward to the customization process with their seamstress and feel like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. We had such a pleasant experience we are already planning to go back for Mother of the Bride dresses!

Amazing experience searching for my daughters wedding dress. We walked in with her having no idea what she wanted. The owner spent more than 2 hours with us, and we left with her having a pretty good idea what she wanted, but wanting to look at a couple different shops to find " the dress". The owner was so helpful, we went back approximately a month later and found the perfect dress. She made it an amazing and positive experience.

So imagine walking into a bridal studio with two brides, 3 weeks before your wedding, when you are only in town for 2 days, and one of the brides is 7 months pregnant… I thought our chance of walking out with dresses was slim to none. But thanks to This Magic Moment and Michelle we both ended up with incredible dresses we feel so amazing in! Everyone was so kind and welcoming, I thought we would be laughed out the door and instead Michelle made us feel incredible and excited and the whole team worked with us to make sure we got our dresses down to the little island we live on in time for alterations and the big day. I pulled up thinking it was very unlikely we would end up in dresses and This Magic Moment was able to make that happen!

I truly had the best experience at Magic Moment. Sam (the owner) was so wonderful in helping me find my perfect dress and was so nice to talk to! We had a weekday evening appointment and were the only ones in the shop which made the whole process feel personalized for me! All of the dresses here are organized by silhouette which made selecting dresses to try such an easy process too. I didn’t have the best luck at some other big salons around the greater Pittsburgh area, but I truly couldn’t be happier with my choice to get my dress here!

After being put in a tough situation and needing to find a dress 5 months out from my wedding, the ladies at Magic Moment were so incredibly helpful. Melanie was really attentive and put a lot of time into making sure the dress I fell in love with would arrive in time. Sam even let me call her after store hours to make sure my dress was ordered as soon as possible. I can not recommend them enough!

Magic Moment was an absolute dream to work with. Sam, the owner, did my entire consultation flawlessly. She was attentive, kind, and extremely knowledgable about the products that she had stocked. I could not possibly recommend them more for a bridal shop.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this bridal studio. Everyone was so welcoming and was able to make my first dress shopping experience hassle and stress free. They made my vision come to life and helped create the perfect dress. Their prices are very affordable and had beautiful dresses to choose from! Can't recommend this place enough! Great selection of gowns, reasonable prices, beautiful space and Samantha was incredibly patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I was truthfully not looking forward to trying on wedding dresses, and she made the whole experience so enjoyable and easy. GO HERE.

This place is like no other! As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed and guided to where we would put our belongings. We immediately noticed how organized and peaceful it was! The dresses are organized by fit, making it really easy to narrow down my selection! Melanie was exceptional at helping me say yes to the dress! She was patient, very respectful, and kind. She allowed my mom, sister, and I to discuss each dress and never pressured or rushed us. She really did make me feel special, as she helped me find dresses that matched the style I was thinking! Samantha was also wonderful as she was respectful and offered assistance! They make a GREAT team and made my experience delightful. I went to numerous places to find the right dress. Magic Moments Bridal Studio has a beautiful selection to choose from. My stylist Melanie was amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect dress. Melanie and the owner Sam are very accommodating and wonderful to work with.

They were all so nice and the shop was like what you would see in a movie! When I said yes to my dress they even gave us wine! Cute place for pictures as well! Highly recommend!

Mashel and Sam were a DREAM to work with. This was my first stop and I found a dress I loved but they never pressured me to purchase it on the first day. I went to a few other shops but couldn't get that ONE dress out of my head. They remembered every detail of me, my fiance and our vision when I went back the second time to try on my dress again. The entire time they were so helpful and encouraging as this was my first time going through this process. They truly made the experience wonderful and stress-free. I will 1000% recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding dress!

I was pretty apprehensive to go dress shopping as it's not really "my thing," but I had a great experience! It was even fun! We walked through the dresses, chose a bunch to try, and the worker helped me get in and out of the dresses really efficiently. I enjoyed it and would highly recommend.
